Holiday - Labor Day

Today is a holiday for labor day, which is really needed in Japan. But I spent most of the day doing research for Ms. Asada. I really want to make a good impression, but I really am unable to find anything. I went to some places that I thought might have some stuff, but they didn't. I will check the embassy when I have time, but I doubt that they would have anything too specific. I have already looked at some of the travel agencies, but I guess I'll have to dig more to find some good stuff. I gave her a recommendation to go to the Shibuya Tower Records store. They have a large selection of foreign books there, but that was about it. The Embassy was closed today because it's a national holiday. In fact they have more holidays than most other agencies since they close on American Holidays and Japanese Holidays. So They will be closed again on Thursday for thanksgiving. How lucky of them.
