Yokohama Shopping
I met up with one of my friends from the San Diego - Yokohama Sister City Society. TSrai met me at Yokohama station, bascially so I could follow her in her pursuit of a new handbag for school. I didn't mind it actually, it was fun. I learned much more about Yokohama station that I ever knew existed before. There were a few things that I've never seen and I didn't realize that it was such a huge station. I'm typically only going to the same places.
We met around the Lumine front doors, and then went to Sony plaza and then had lunch at a cafe around there. It was kinda weird because there were no guys in the restaurant at all. And the restaurant was full. Gave me a weird feeling, since I'd be working at an all girls high school, I guess it was a preview. We walked all around and even out of the station to look at a few other things at another store. She was also looking for some cream for something. I'm not sure what, but I didn't really want to explore and find more information than I wanted to know. So I just tagged along which was nice. Since it was a day away from the house. We ended up at a book store and I bought another learning Japanese book. I bought the second edition of the Japanese book that we used in my class for first semester. I'm determined to learn the language. After that we parted ways and I went home.
