Meeting up with a friend for lunch in Shibuya

I haven’t seen one of my friends for a really really long time. So I’m glad that I will be able to hang out with them today.

It was great. We had a lunch buffet at Shakey’s Pizza. I didn’t know that they did buffet for lunch. It wasn’t the best food I’ve ever had, but it was a pretty good price for all you can eat. I would probably go back again. I mean we stayed there for 5 hours talking. I really had a good time and it was weird to see my friend again since I haven’t seen them in AGES. I mean the last time I remember seeing SA, was at least 2 years ago. She disappeared for awhile and I didn’t know what was going on with her. But I’m glad to see that she finally moved back to Tokyo so we could see each other again and talk. I think she’s really an intelligent person who has to deal with difficulties in life. But she’s got a great outlook that I believe will help her on her journey. Since she’s living in Tokyo now, I think that we’ll be able to hang out more often, which is something I’m looking forward to.

After dinner, I jumped on the train back to Yokohama Station where I did a little window shopping for about an hour. I went to the usual stores to see what they had and I wasn’t sure if I was going to get anything since I’ve spent more money in my budget than I would have liked. But I still haven’t gotten any summer clothes either.

Then I came back to get some dinner at Fuji. Then I bought some clothes for work, short sleeved dress shirts. I didn’t want to be the only one with long sleeves during summer since it’s going to be hot as hell. I mean it’s already hot and its only 23 degrees Celsius. I’m really going to hate it when it gets to August and it’s around 40 degrees Celsius. I think the humidity will kill me the most.

I didn’t achieve two of my goals today though. I wanted to get my hair cut and do my laundry. So I think that since I bought some new clothes I could hold off on the laundry till Thursday, which is my next day off. And I think I’ll have time tomorrow morning to do a little trimming.
