One class and then 4.5 hours of Tennis

Today started pretty early. Even though I woke up early, I still left late. I was putting the finishing touches on my lesson for the day. But I ended up not even touching them. I went with the original plan that I mapped out at the beginning of the semester. I felt that I needed to do that because I put a lot of hard work and emphasis on the plan and I think it worked out beautifully. I added some things that made it better though, so it was good.

But as things turned out, I just ended doing something that I planned to do last week. I think that the last two week of this class, I’ll focus more on communication and the things that make it work well. I think the last few lessons will be the most rewarding, but hopefully she’ll be able to take something away and instead of just forgetting things.

I hung around school for a few more hours until around 2pm. Then I joined the tennis club for the first time and played with them for the next 4.5 hours. That’s a long time and I’m sure I’ll feel the affects of it the next day. I was one of the last teachers to leave the school today. That’s really rare, I mean even the teachers that normally leave last left before I did. I didn’t end up leaving till around 7pm, which is still early, but since it’s a Saturday it was really late.
