Yoke Meeting

I had forgotten that I had a YOKE meeting to attend today, so all the things that I didn't do yesterday I really couldn't get finished today. I woke up late since I didn't have anything to do till later. Then I got ready and left. It was pretty cold, but since I had warmer clothes on today, I didn't get that chilly.

The meeting itself was pretty long from 13:30 - 17:00. That's fairly long from the beginning to the end. I was talking to more of them today too, well not all of the members, but more with a few members. I really don't talk to them that much since the communication thing and they are always busy doing the work that they are supposed to. But today seemed a bit more relaxed even though it's one of the last meetings before they have to make a presentation to the City of Yokohama about their trip to San Diego and have all their literature finished. They will be producing about a 60 page booklet detailing their experiences from the trip, one of which is mine. So, they've been busy since October when they first went to San Diego. I felt like I was able to talk more and I actually have gotten better at listening as it seems.

After the meeting, Me and KHma went to go grab some dinner. We went to La Pausa in the Cross Gate building right in front of Sakuragicho station. It was very cheap and very uncrowded. The food was also delicious. We had ordered peppered french fries and a mixed pizza. It was extremely cheap considering the taste and the size of the food. It was almost enough for me, a little more would have been nice but still it was good. After that we went our separate ways to go back home.

It didn't snow today either, it just rained a lot. It wasn't that hard, but just constant. I wanted to do some laundry today, but the rain prevented that. I wouldn't get another chance until next week. But maybe I'll try to squeeze it in on Wednesday right before I go to work. I'll just have to get up a little early to get it done. I have enough clean clothes to last me the week, I just would like to have more clean clothes. I was told by one of the members that it was going to snow tomorrow, but after two days of wrong predictions, I don't believe it anymore. She said that the trains might not be running if it snows a lot, but once again, I don't buy it.
